Luba is an accomplished executive with 15 years of experience in business development and leadership in the ICT space across both public and private sector client segments. He is highly skilled, successful and a well-rounded business professional with a proven track record of managing a successful business in the ICT market space. He built his career within the Dimension Data Group and has earned a respected name for himself in the market for his professional work and excellence after having joined the company as a young graduate.

Lubabalo found his niche in sales and has held many important roles, including Sales Manager in networking and communications technology infrastructure businesses, General Manager for the IT outsourcing for the Local government client segment, General Manager for Public Sector enterprise business, Executive for Sales at Internet Solutions and most recently MEA Executive for Public Sector.

He also served on the Dimension Data Pty and MEA boards.

Baxolile Mabinya

Technologist, Executive Director and Visionary.

With a core background in Computer Science, Business Strategy & Management. Prior to the launch of Deviare, Baxolile was the MEA group Managing Executive for Telecommunications at Dimension Data. Baxolile grew up in Alice, a small university town in the Eastern Cape, which exposed him to student life, academia and critical thinking at a very early age. After completing his primary education in Alice, Baxolile became a boarder at Graeme College in Grahamstown, where he excelled at sports and made lifelong friends. Baxolile has over 12 years’ experience in the ICT and Digital industries. He has an MCom (Computer Science), a Management Development Programme (USB), and an MBA (GIBS). He has also completed a Senior Executive Program (Harvard), and the Global Leadership Development Programme (GIBS).

Bax is working towards building a school that will teach young people Computer Science and philosophy, drawing on influences from Asia and Africa, to develop a new generation of future leaders that will excel in a digital world while being rooted in African humanity.
